At their trial, both appear in prison uniforms with their hands cuffed in front, and institutional gags with chin straps and heavy cloth that covers the lower half of their faces. Ofglen survives but is forced to watch as her lover is hanged to death from a crane.

At 24min (clean copy) Aunt Elizabeth (Edie) is lured into the bathroom by Offred and Moira, another Handmaiden. They quickly overpower her and force her down to the basement. She is forced to strip to her clinical white undies, and her hands are tied around a pipe. She is threatened by Moria with a cattle prod before a cloth is stuffed into her mouth, and the two leave her alone. As soon as she is alone, Elizabeth spits out the gag and starts yelling for help.
Moira makes good her escape, but Offred (Elisabeth) is recaptured. Brought back to the house, she is turned over to Aunt Lydia for punishment. At 43min she is strapped face down on a gurney with medical restraints. She first endures a lecture from Aunty Lydia, then her socks are removed and she receives a severe beating on her feet (aka bastinado).

Description: Episode: "June" (2.01)
The handmaids’ refusal to execute one of their own at the end of season 1 brings a mass execution to the start of season 2. The episode opens with Offred (Elisabeth) walked out of her house and put into the back of a police wagon. Arriving at Fenway Park, along with a lot of other police wagons, she is dragged out and roughly gagged with a leather harness panel gag. Her hands are tied in front of her with a ziptie. Dozens of other handmaids receive the same treatment as they are pulled from the other wagons.
The prisoners are forced through the tunnel and onto the field, where a massive scaffold has been set up with nooses. All of them are pushed up the stairs into a place on the scaffold, and each gets a noose placed around her neck. They endure a fake hanging, then a lecture from Aunt Lydia telling them to be grateful for god’s mercy, and to behave in the future.

This entire sequence takes the first 11 minutes of the episode. By my count there were 45 women on the scaffold, but an overhead shot of the victims arriving at Fenway gives a count of at least 57 women. Of the named cast members above, I am only sure of Elisabeth Moss. The others are listed in the episode cast, but I can’t verify if they were part of the scene on the scaffold, except for Alana Pancyr, who plays a pregnant handmaid named Ofwyatt. She is seen at 23m (no ads) in a large bare room with a 10' by 10' (I think) carpet that has a twin bed, a table with a lamp, a floor lamp, and a wooden rocking chair on the carpet. She has one ankle that is shackled, with a long chain attached to a railing attached to the ceiling.
At 27m, Alma/Ofrobert (Nina) has one hand cuffed to a gas stove burner. The burner is then switched on.

Description: Episode: "Household" (3.06)
June (Elisabeth) makes an important connection as she attempts to protect her daughter Nichole while accompanying the Waterfords to Washington D.C., where a powerful family offers a glimpse of the future of Gilead. Her first glimpse of this future is in the train station, as she sees two Handmaidens coming down the escalator in their red robes. These robes have an additional piece, which is a combination collar/OTM gag.
At 16min she is settling into her room at her host’s house, when she tries to strike up a conversation with the home’s maid. When the maid takes off her collar/gag, June sees that her lips are clamped together with metal rings, insuring that she remains silenced.
At 17min Fred and Serena produce a propaganda film which includes ten of the gagged Handmaidens, in addition to June (who is not gagged).
At 44min, Aunt Lydia helps June prepare for the big ceremony and helps her to put on the collar/gag, putting in position, and fastening the clamps in the back.
They then go to the Lincoln Memorial, where June lowers her gag so that she can have an argument with Serena. After venting her anger, she puts the gag back in position and goes back outside for the prayer, which includes dozens of gagged Handmaidens (few of whom get a decent camera angle or screen time).
